Shipping
We ship to all 50 US states and also into parts of Canada via UPS. Exceptions can be made for other territories based on an as needed basis with prearranged authorization. Please note that there are restrictions on some products that must ship via LTL Freight and not standard UPS.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for items in our store may be based off package and dimensional weighting. The approximate weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Returns Policy
If you need to return an order or part of an order, please contact a sales representative at one of our 3 locations to start the returns process. Please have the packing slip or invoice available for reference so one of our team members can help to expedite your request. Most items are returnable and will be determined by a member of our sales staff during your call. If an item is deemed returnable, your sales representative will let you know and ask you to ship it back to one of our 3 facilities with a copy of the packing slip or invoice. Generally, orders returned within 30 days of purchase will not have a restocking charge. If the return is after 30 days, the order may be subject to a 15% restocking charge. If the return is approved, the item will be inspected upon arrival and if no issues are found, a credit will be applied to your account. If you wish to receive an email of this credit memo, please provide your email address on the documentation being sent back to us. Please see our 3 branch locations below:
