BACKFLOW DIRECT DERINGER 30 2" BFG T2
The 2" (Deringer 30) Kit is a double check detector assembly that prevents non-health hazard pollutants from entering a potable water supply system when backpressure and/or backsiphonage conditions occur. End connections are union type stainless steel 2" female NPT threads for ease of installation. Entire valve housing is constructed of stainless steel (including shut off valves) for industry leading corrosion resistance.
Model Overview
This is a double check detector assembly. Production began in 2014 on the models 30 & 30X while production on the 30G began in 2018. The model 30 & 30X come with grooved end integral butterfly shut offs while the 30G comes with OSY flanged end shut offs. The bypass is a type 2 design with a single check piped around the mainline second check.
