Series LF709 Lead Free* Double Check Valve Assembly Backflow Preventers are designed to prevent the reverse flow of polluted water from entering into the potable water supply. They have a modular check design for easy maintenance and a coated cast iron body using ArmorTek™ coating technology for advanced corrosion resistance. Series LF709 is ideal at referenced cross-connections identified in non-health hazard applications. The LF709 features Lead Free* construction to comply with Lead Free* installation requirements. Maximum Working Pressure: 175psi (12.06 bar). The coating on this backflow assembly uses ArmorTek™ technology to resist corrosion due to microbial induced corrosion (MIC) or exposed metal substrate.
